Tereza Řasová
Tereza is the founder of the Institute of Popular Music in Prague. As a specialist on the Czech popular music industry, she is keen on spreading her love of education and popular music.
Originally from Prague and having spent many years studying and working in the UK, she decided to return to her home city and work on providing popular music educational opportunities in the domestic scene.
The decision to start IPMP grew from her desire to provide high quality holistic popular music education for aspiring musicians.
Outside of her professional career, Tereza loves playing guitar and singing, and has a keen interest in all things music technology.
Bella Barlow
Bella is a professional songwriter specialising in pop and musical theatre. Bella will be leading the songwriting sessions on our summer course, providing expert advice across lyric writing, melody writing and harmony.
Bella’s credits include writing music for and producing three successful musicals in the UK including the highly acclaimed Why The Whales Came.
Additionally, she performed an original song for the United Nations in New York and had her song performed at the Queen Elizabeths II’s 90th Birthday celebration gala.
In the past, Bella has been shortlisted for multiple awards for her songwriting and her work in musical theatre has been nationally recognised in the UK. Besides songwriting and producing musicals, Bella is an outstanding singing coach.
Dan Mar-Molinero

Dan is an expert in teaching performance and has been awarded for his outstanding work in jazz and pop education many times. Dan will be leading the performance classes as well as teaching some production and songwriting sessions.
Outside of teaching, Dan writes, produces and performs his own materials on a professional level, as well as writing and producing for others.
In the past, Dan has had many hit records including a UK Top 3 and Top 20 Album in the UK and worldwide.
Among his other achievements is having written music for Netflix and EA’s Fifa games. Dan has also been nominated for an Ivor Novello Prize in 2022 for his composition 22:22.
Charlie Brown
Charlie is a highly skilled professional producer and music technician from the UK. Charlie will be leading the production module, teaching most of the production classes guiding you through all the steps of recording, producing and mixing your song, as well as covering some mastering basics.
Charlie is an expert in his field, having written and produced a UK Top 40 hit with his band. He has also been singed by Sony Publishing, and worked in multiple recording studios in the UK.
Besides writing and producing, Charlie is a professional drummer and has worked for various theatres across the UK as a sound technician, including Mayflower Theare, the largest theatre on the South Coast of England.
